Roberta "Dolly" (Munger) Fay Lowe, of Waltham, died Sunday, January 1, 2012 at home. She was 55.
She was born November 26, 1956 in Watertown a daughter of the late Robert J. and Helena M. (McGinniss) Munger and was a lifelong Waltham resident.
Dolly worked as a dispatcher for Veterans Transportation Services in Waltham and as a bartender at the Sons of Italy in Watertown.
Dolly leaves her daughter, Jennifer (Fay) Hurley and her husband, Timothy, of West Barnstable; her brother, Richard E. Odell; her foster mother, Evelyn T. (Theall) Odell, both of Waltham; her sister, Sheila Shea; 3 grandchildren; nieces and nephews; cousins and friends.
Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Dolly's life at a later date in The First Presbyterian Church of Waltham. There are no calling hours. Burial is private.
