Mr. Donald M. Armstrong, of Saugus, formerly of Waltham, died Sunday, February 24, 2013 at home. He was 42.

Donny was born November 23, 1970 in Waltham a son of Mary C. (Noble) Armstrong and the late Henry Armstrong. Donny's professional career began in sales for Innovation Inc. in which he was a top sales leader. He had a passion for real estate and construction. He owned and operated Green Light Real Estate on Main Street in Saugus. He had a knack for finding properties, diamonds in the rough, and would rehab the property and manage to sell it within a reasonable amount of time. He was good at what he did.

He enjoyed poker and would get together with his regular group of friends to play. He was also a member of a few basketball leagues at the Y.

He is predeceased by his father, Henry.

Donny leaves his wife, Damary (Lopez) Armstrong; his daughters, Sara and Eva; his mother, Mary, all in Saugus, and his aunt and uncle, Patricia J. & Max Bonilla of Watertown.
