Waltham – Mrs. Ann V. (Lee) Wong, of Waltham, died October 27, 2010 in The Kindred Hospital in Boston. She was 83.

Ann was born on February 27, 1927 in Cambridge, a daughter of the late Doo Pun Lee and Eng Shee Lee. She had worked for the Raytheon Corporation in Bedford for many years. In her spare time she enjoyed travelling, knitting and crocheting.

She leaves her husband Francis K. Wong; her children Stephen F. Wong and his wife, Karen Shaylor Wong, of Sudbury and Edmund S. Wong of Acton; her grandchildren Amy and David Wong; her sisters and brothers Helen Jew of Springfield, VA, Nellie Wong of Waltham, Victor Lee of Fort Washington, MD, Jean Chin of Needham, Robert Lee of Sudbury, Eveline Tierney of Bristol, ME. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Ann was the also the sister of the late Arhur Lee

Family and friends will honor and remember Ann’s life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main St. (Rte. 20) Waltham on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning before leaving in procession to St. Mary’s Church, 133 School St., Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
