Waltham - Mrs. Anna R. (Scichilone) Petricone died Wednesday, April 15, 2020 in Belmont Manor Nursing Home. She was 94.

Anna was born April 9, 1926 in Waltham a daughter of Italian immigrants Michaelangelo and Frances (Brazzo) Scichilone. Raised and educated in Waltham she married Mario Petricone in 1950 at the Sacred Heart Church of Waltham. Married for 42 years, Mario died on January 7, 1993.

Anna worked for over forty-two years at Raytheon Corporation before retiring in 1995.

Anna's top priority was being with her family. She loved time spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Nothing made her happier than seeing her loved ones, nieces, nephews & cousins at weddings and sadly like so many families at either wakes and funerals. Time with each of them were trips down memory lane, sharing stories they might not have heard and reminiscing about the 'good ol days'...and she loved it.

Anna enjoyed her flower pots and garden, looking at old family photos, keeping a watchful eye on the neighborhood, and being entertained with television shows such as 'Cops' and 'Judge Judy'.

She leaves her children, S. Mark Petricone (Constance) of Chelmsford, Michael A. Petricone (Margie) of Framingham and Lisa M. Cook (Gary) of Northborough; her grandchildren, Elena Petricone, Matthew Petricone (Emily), Brian Petricone, Andrew Petricone, Alexandra Levesque (Daniel) and Adriana Cook; her great-grandchildren, Mara & Ava, Nathaniel, Daniel & Kaden; her brother, Michael Scichilone (Rose) of Waltham; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Scichilone of Waltham, Shirley Scichilone of Hollis, New Hampshire and Marie Petricone of Medford; many nieces & nephews.

In addition to her husband Mario, she is predeceased by her siblings: Joseph, Anthony, John, Joanne Scichilone, Angelina Yorston, Rosalie Zanghi, Catherine Brossi, Mary Pirozzi and her beloved in-laws, Mary & Angelo DiTucci and Augustine Petricone.

Services are private.

Anna's family would like to give our heartfelt thanks to the staff at Belmont Manor Nursing home for all the great care she received. Special thanks to Kerri the Nurse who coordinated our FaceTime sessions which was so important to our family.

Forever Grateful.
