Dear Nancy, Matt, Katharine and family,
We met Richard a few years ago soon after the birth of Mary Kate.Such vigor and he was full of joy for his new granddaughter. We remember his attentiveness to all. His qualities and spirit so evident in his son, Matt my friend and colleague at Marian.
We want to be of service to all of you as needed. Please know this.
Fondly,
David and Donna

"Hey don't start that up . . . " I heard from across the yard on a brisk fall day as I tested the snowblower for the first time that season. "And why is that Dick?"
. . "Well whoever tests it first has to take the blame for the first snow-storm" . . . I got stuck with it that year. Dick was the friendliest, most compassionate neighbor I ever had. I'll miss our conversations in the yard

Kathy and I wanted to extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to Nancy and to Dick's immediate and entire extended family upon his passing.
I first met Dick in 1974, We always had a great working and personal relationship, and the memories that we shared are too numerous to mention. Even though we are far away, and I haven't seen Dick in a while, I can always remember his infectious personality and smile, and know that he is at peace
